Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with cozy and comfortable rooms given to me upon arrival, even though there was an issue with the Standard Room not being ready as booked online. The service was excellent, with immediate attention to any complaints, making the experience very friendly. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, although it could be considered a busy market area. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a bit of room for improvement in breakfast options. The facilities were great overall.
Booking through travel sites can lead to dirty rooms lacking natural air circulation and with bad smells, but the hotel provides free bottled water, kettle, toiletries, and clean towels and bed linen. The staff tries to make the stay comfortable and cater to requests, with friendly service from various hotel personnel.
The hotel's rooms were a mix of not clean but also very neat and clean, providing free bottled water, kettle, toiletries, and clean towels and bed linen, yet being very small in fact very very small. The service was commendable, especially credited to the manager Mr Ambika and the reception staff Dipesh and Shweta for their quick and cooperative handling. The location, set in an auto spares market area and close to the railway station, was the only unique selling point (USP) of this hotel. The dining experience offered a good spread, though not extensive, including breakfast. On the downside, the dining area was noted to try to dispel smells with fresheners. The dining experience was considered good by guests. Sicilian pastries enticed the taste buds.
The hotel fell short of expectations with tiny rooms not matching the 'executive or double room' description. While the staff was friendly, the rooms were found dirty after booking through travel sites.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room turned out smaller than expected, it was impeccably clean and well maintained by the housekeeping team, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. The service, although initially out of order, was ultimately very helpful and cooperative. The location was right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploration, but it could get crowded during the weekend. The dining experience was decent, with an okay spread, although it was a bit early for me. The facilities were good overall, but there were minor issues with the seating arrangements.
